Personal Responsibility
As a healthcare provider, I promise to adhere to the latest updated cleaning and personal health protocols required by the State of Washington and CDC guidelines
Practitioner
*I will take my temperature prior to greeting each client.
*Hands are cleaned and sanitized before and after every treatment.
*If I am feeling under the weather in any form, I will reschedule your appointment at a time that works with your schedule.
*As your practitioner, I will be wearing a mask before, during, and after your treatment. This mask will be changed out in between clients.
Clients
*If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. The 24-hour cancelation policy will be waived for illness.
*Please wear a mask to your appointment.
*Please be prepared to have your temperature taken prior to treatment with a touch-free thermometer.
*Hand washing facilities available to clients in a sanitized area with disposable hand towels for drying.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
*All touch surfaces cleaned and sanitized between clients.
*Ample time between clients allows for fresh air exchange in the room.
*All products, linens, and equipment will be cleaned and sanitized for each client.
*Bottled water available to clients upon request
